March 11, 2015, KENTWOOD, Mich. — Kentwood, Mich.-based Emerald Spa Corporation, which manufactures the brands Emerald Spas and Great Lakes Spas, has decided to stop manufacturing hot tubs. The company will keep its warranty and parts department open, and continue to offer the same warranty and service to its existing customers.
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals

I inquired about carrying their spas a couple of times and was blown off.  Makes sense.
