The Envoy has arrived!!!
« on: July 07, 2004, 08:06:26 am »
My Envoy was delivered late on Monday night. The installation guys did not finish until past midnight.
I have to say the service that I received from the installation team surpassed anything I have EVER encountered. They were absolutely brilliant.
I realise that the make of spa you buy is personal, but I can tell you if you choose Hotspring, the service is absolutely first class.
I now know why all you guys love your spas. We only used it for the first time last night and I know I am hooked on it.
Happy to now be a real member of this club!!!

Cheers

I remember the feeling when my own tub was delivered that you experienced on your delivery and the service. And you are quite right, never beofre experience something quite like it.

Congratulations and enjoy your spa.  8)

Sounds great. You say the installer didn't finish till past midnight and then it obvioulsy had to heat up for a few hrs and you STILL went in. You must have stayed up late but it sounds like it was worth it.

Congratulations on your Envoy. Any chance you wet tested a Sovereign during your shopping? I went to a Hotsprings dealer today and wet tested a Sovereign, but they didn't have an Envoy in stock at all. The were asking 8,250 for the Envoy. The Sovereign at 7,000 is closer to my price range but seems small and only 33 inches deep. Felt great though.

My other choice is the Beachcomber 720X, at 6,400. No 24/7 circ pump or ozonator, but it sure felt good.

Any chance that now that you've settled in to your Envoy you can share some advice on this decision?

Yes, we did wet test a Sovereign, then a Vanguard, then an Envoy. We found the Sovereign too small for our needs, the Vanguard didn't have a lounger  (I think!).

We started by saying we did not want a lounger but after wet testing, it was a must for us, which to me, proves the need to wet test whatever you eventually buy.

I think only you can say whther the Sovereign is big enough for your needs and meets your budget.

Hoope this helps.

Our Envoy had to be returned yesterday.  It was given to us as a loaner by Enterprise rental while our van was in the shop after getting T-boned.  But the Wing Mobile is back on the streets.!   ::)
