So I bought a 2009 marquis mirage. When we picked it up the wooden foundation was dry rotted. (Had been sitting on a concrete slab) the seller knocked off $200 and my handy man said he could easily replace this wood. Are there any precautions he needs to take to keep from damaging the tub while making these repairs or is it pretty straight forward?
