Hydropool - Whistler Creek 220 - no support for tub??
« on: July 11, 2014, 02:22:19 pm »
Hi there,
We purchased a WhistlerCreek 220 in Toronto, Ontario just over 3 years ago and have found out that Hydropool is no longer supporting it.  All the jets starting breaking and we cannot get them replaced, we have been trying for a year.  When we first started trying to order them they were covered under the warranty..it has now expired.  Hydropool says they will honour the warranty but can't replace the jets.  To make matters worse, they asked for the housing cases (not sure what they are called, but it's what the jet goes into) for some of the jets to help get the correct ones ordered - they haven't or can't return them...the spa is virtually unusable and is drained and off.   Is there anyone else having similar issues?  We are thinking we are going to have to take them to court.

Take some pics of the jet and the back of the jet as well.    Many of us have seen most used in spas and may be able to help with what they are or what mnfg they came from.    Any jet for the most part can be bought on line specially jets that a component spa builder uses.    Will add also most spa mfg. only put a 1 or2 year warranty on jets and pillows, so going to court would probably be a no win situation.
