I have had allergies (hay fever) for as long as I can remember. I am allergic to things like pollen, grasses and trees. When the cotton balls come out is my worst time. I’ve had years of shots for allergies and lots of other treatments. The last couple of days have been the worst I’ve had in a very long time. Really knocked me out.
We also just got our knew hot tub up and running this past Saturday. This is our first tub. I’ve now had two soaks, that being this past Saturday and Sunday evenings. The really strange thing is, that each time I went in for a soak, my allergy symptoms completely disappeared. My sinus’ cleared up, my eyes were no longer itchy, etc., etc. I really hadn’t expected this kind of benefit from tubbing. On the downside, the symptoms come back within about 1/2 hour after I get out of the tub, but it was still a very nice benefit that I didn’t anticipate.
