Image spas are quite proud of their affiliation with "Weider" brand fitness equipment. Go to any good fitness equipment store and ask them what they think of Weider.
Then, if you can, look at the bottom of one of the Image spas - pretty much empty, if you peel back the plastic sheet that seals the bottom.
Then - ask for help with chemistry issues, or try to verify if the tubs come with a cover or not, or if the delivery is curbside, to the site, or if delivery is even included at all.
You'll begin to notice that the tubs, and the support are all entry-level.
