As you may know I just bought a used 1998 Jetsetter, and I think I have most of the little bugs ironed out now, but I do have a question about the function of the moto-massage . Is it normal for there to still be some water flow out of the moto-massage even when the control valve is turned fully off? It seems to work correctly, at least goes up and down with the control valve turned on, but with it off it just sits in a stationary position with a slight amount of flow.
