There are pads out there like EZ Pad and there's others. But you shouldn't need one if the concrete is good.

It's here it's here it's here ITS HERE!!!!!!!!!!  Arrived this morning.....the guys had it off the truck and down the hill to the pad before I could get outside, I asked if they had done this before...lol......had to turn it 90 degrees from where we thought becaudpse of the lifter.  Our view of the woods would have been completely blocked.  So now the only heighbor in view is blocked!!!!!!  So, tomorrow is the $1800.00  electrician.....then fill.  Read the booklet and add the chemicals....get the mineral do dad installed...turn the heater on.....and wait!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to keep you in suspense...had a project that I needed to finish tonight.....no playing on the internet....until now of course!!!!!!
Thanx again guys for all your help!!!!!  Will give you the update again tomorrow......it's going to be another long day!!!!!

I agree with Tman. It will most likely take a hour or so to fill depending on your water pressure. But yes, if you do fill it, then you can turn it on while the electrician is still there to make sure it powers on fine.

Yes, that is what we did when we got ours last week.  Make sure to put the hose in the filter area to prevent air lock.  Also if you have a water softener you want to turn that off before filling.  I also add metal and scale control when the tub is half full.

Fill it when the electrician is wiring it.

+1 Good advice

I like to fill from the hot water tap (I split the one to my washing machine).  My start up temp is 90 degrees and I can be in the tub in a very short period of time.

You must have a big-ass water heater. :)
