The new tub was finally delivered today. Fairly painless install.  Now the long process of getting the water to temp.  Hopefully by morning it will be ready for use.

Can't wait-wife and kids are quite excited too.

I'm curious as to what happened.   I am pricing spas, right now, and the ones I am looking at are more than I would like to spend; without extras like fancy lighting and sound systems.   What price did you nail down and what were the options of your spa?    Congratulations on your purchase!!!

I couldn't get lower than $13,500 plus tax. That did include the blue wave radio.  I don't think there were any more options.  They did sell the floor model I was trying to haggle over so I ended up getting a new unit shipped from the factory.
