A good way to distill things down and make it a little easier to decide is to ask yourself what is really important to you in a hot tub. Focus on those few things rather than all of the sales BS. Then, wet test the models that interest you. Which one feels right?
Also, make sure that you are dealing with a good reputable dealer.
