Nothing new there. He learns a new word and then trys to belittle others with empty attempts at making himself sound more educated than he really is. As you can tell from his replies (this as well as others that have been previously posted), he truely DOES NOT understand how to sell to a prospect. No point in throwing him any additional bones....

Clearly, his posts and his attitude are several standard deviations outside the norm.

But what the heck is his vendetta against HotSprings?  Now I grant you, they're not on my short list, but there's plenty of worse spas out there.  Was his mama scared by a Hot Springs Spa when he was a baby, or what? :-/

His customers are those who are conspiracy theorists that have decided that since he is scorned by the "industry" he must be on to something and they start to drink the Koolaid. Therefore any posts outside his site really only help him as it makes people look closer at him (even if its due to curiousity) as every once in a while someone bites.

The best thing we can do for the spa industry is to IGNORE him totally and never mention his name.
