Over the past year or so, Beachcomber had 2 minor issues that your dealer will looker after if this includes you.
1)
Waterways jets In certain sizes, these were a problem with some not staying in the port. This has been addressed and new jets are available that rectify this problem. See your dealer.
2)
Beachcomber heatshields. A small number of heatshields delaminiated on the underneath side of the cover. This results in large blisters. Beachcomber will give you a new skin and all you need to do is unzip your foam cores out and insert them into your new skin. Allow at least 2 weeks for any order of a new skin.
So don't throw out your hot tub just yet or feel the need to trade it in because of it.
Unfortunately, these weren't known until after a period of time as these parts required a period of time to show these flaws.
Again, see your dealer if you feel your cover is prematurely breaking down. In most cases, being out of warranty (2 years) isn't an issue. Many have been replaced that are out of warranty in an effort to maintain a high level of customer service.
