No problems with the hot water now. I did set the summer timer so the water doesn't circulate through the equipment bay where the ambient temp is around 95 - 105 during the hotest part of the day. That is a great feature. Now, when we go out in the evening, the water is right where we had it set.

Grandee the Vanguard floor was nice but the floor seemed a little small however we like a Lounger too. How do you like your Envoy so far? We LOVE our Envoy! We're in it most every evening, sipping on a glass of wine, then on Sat and Sun morings, were up early, sipping on our cup of coffee. It was a great choice for us. QuoteWe live in Florida & you answered my thoughts on the heating issue. I'm looking @ D-1 + H.S. tubs which are both full foam tubs. I wanted to ask what is the temp you can get it to now? We are very comfortable with the temps now. It will creep up on you a little after you get in and start the pumps, but only by a few degrees. We have the temp set at 93% and after about an hour of soaking, it will have moved to around 96*. That's fine since we usually have a fan blowing in our directions, which makes everything just about perfect. I might add that we have the summer setting to take effect at 10:00 in the morning and last until 6:00 in the evening, which is about 30 – 60 minutes before we get in.

Hopefully we can get it to stay in the mid ninety's ? My wife doesn't like it above 100 in the summer & not sure if this will be a problem due to full foam & living in Florida. What state do you live in?
Sorry about all the questions. Can I ask you to read my post I listed this morning 07/02/13 < Dimension One Chairman reflection > It's about the lounger foot jets. Can you reply to me how your Envoy lounge floor Jets are?
Do you float in your lounge? I'm 6'2" do you thing I would fit in there? I really would appreciate your feed back very much. I love the H.S. Moto Jets just freaking Awesome!!
Maybe you can give me some in site on your filtration system as well?
Is it difficult to get in & out of your Envoy. Dealer told us it would be due to lounger etc.?
Thanks, Mike
QuoteMaybe you can give me some in site on your filtration system as well? The filter seem to be super high quality. I can’t tell you much about them, but I’m sure a tech can. I love the fact that 100% of the water is being filtered with none bi-passing the filtration system. They are relatively expensive as I believe a new set of 5 will be around $350.00 but the lifespan of those are supposed to be around 5 year or more depending on how well you take care of them. I was also advised to rotate them since the one with the gray cover will be the one that is on 24/7 with the ozonator.QuoteIs it difficult to get in & out of your Envoy. Dealer told us it would be due to lounger etc.? This is a slight issue but is most likely the case will any hot tub. Before I built our steps, we were entering our tub over the wall where the water feature is. We had a small step stool in that area just outside of the spa. We could simply step over the wall and onto the flat portion of the foot well. That seemed very safe and easy. When I built the steps, I built them to the same dimensions as the high dollar steps sold by Hot Spring. I also used them to cover the entrance of the electrical, so that put us getting in over the lounger. You need to be very careful getting in there since the middle of the tub is right over the highest point of the lounger (the knee area), so now we have to step close to the portion of the lounger that supports the opposite side of your lap ( ). That is not that big of a problem right now since I’m 54 and the wife is 45, but we may have to do something a little different when we’re a few years older. I even thought about building another set of steps like I have now, and putting them on the side where the water feature is. That would give me the “electrical” cover that I wanted for the other side and the entry and exit safety that I want for us. There’s also another down to getting in over the lounger. Those air controls on the lounger side stick out some, and I’m always worried that someone will break one off climbing over that wall.QuoteThanks, Mike Mike, I hope this has addressed your questions, but if not, I’ll be more than glad to give you my take on it. I haven’t had this one long, but we truly enjoy it so far. I’m glad I went with this one.
