Sensor error
« on: May 22, 2013, 03:19:30 pm »
Hello,

I got a Chinese jacuzzi in my garden. Since this winter when I start the thing it gives me a E0-error. Which is supposed to mean: "Short circuit temperature sensor"
It could be broken for 3 reasons:
1. An animal bit in the cable of it. I had to reconnect it. Could this be a problem since it is a temperature sensor?
2. I damaged it while cleaning the jacuzzi. But the sensor is covered some metal cup in order not to let it get in contact with the water.
3. Just because it is stupid Chinese jacuzzi.

I added a photo because I simply have no idea what the other 2 cables are doing there. The three cables (of which 1 leads to the temperature sensor) are all connected to the hardware box of the jacuzzi. But I can simply not understand what the other 2 cables should do. Perhaps do de-electrify the water or something.

Please help me explain what the 2 remaining cables are for and what I should do with the sensor!
Thanks in advance!
