Hi everybody,
Our 1 month old 110V outdoor CalSpa came with a GFCI device at the end of the cable. It started to give us troubles (shutting down the spa, reset and test buttons do not work, etc) so we call the dealer and he came promptly and replaced the GFCI device under warranty.
After he left I inspected his work and it seems to me, how shall I put it, sloppy. The cable is hanging on the three conductors rather than having the outer cable sleeve clamped to the box as the label clearly states (see two pictures below).

Edit: apparently this is the original CalSpas part. The dealer cut the cable and installed an after market GFCI rather than replacing with a CalSpas part.
