The dealer said alkalinity up first wait two hrs bright and clear wait two hrs and 4 tablespoons of spa 56 (leisure time chemicals hot springs tub) now the water is yellow and reading off the charts for chlorine (probably 15 or higher dark purple) is there a way to fix it without draining the tub?

The purple is "superchlorination."  It will come down by itself.  The yellow water is probably stuff being oxidized from the water.  It should filter out in a few days.  Check your filters.  You may need to rinse them.
