UltraLife is an extremely durable material hence the lifetime warranty we
offer on it. You may know from bathrooms, kitchens and pools that tile and
grout require maintenance and are subject to damage if mistreated. That is
the reason they are not covered by our warranty.
You CAN order the Chairman II without tile, but since we would consider that
a special order corporate policy requires that the dealer placing the order
must pre-pay for that spa before it goes into production. Please discuss
this with your dealer.
