Buying a Floor Model?

My local Sundance dealer has a floor model Optima.  It is a 2010 model.  He says it has been filled, in the store, for about a year.
It has a JBL sound system (which I don't really care about), new cover and NO ozone.  He will throw in steps and a lifter.
All this for $8,600, including full warranty.  I believe this is a savings of about $2,000 - 2,500 off a new 2012 model.

So my questions are...

Is this a fair price?
Should I be concerned about buying a demo model?
Should I try to get more thrown in?  (He seems pretty firm on the price)
What kind of prep work should he be doing before selling it to me?
Should I just walk away?

Any "advice" would be greatly appreciated.

an ozonator should not be a problem for him to throw in...
he can also throw in starter chemicals (3-6 months worth perhaps?)
When does the warranty begin (and for how long?)

He can throw in anything.  He can also charge more.  You have a great price.  If you really want an ozone, pay him a couple of hundred bucks for it and be happy.

 Plus one what Dan said!  I am surprised a his floor mdl doesn't already have ozone on it.  I always put them on the wet mdls.    It's a very good price!

I wouldn't be concerned about a demo assuming warranty starts once the tub is on your property...one way to find out if you have the bottom line would be to offer to write a check on the spot for 8k and see what he says...good luck
