Cicada attack

Anyone having cicada problems?  On our way back home we were swarmed about 10 miles from our home. i have to imagine these nasty bugs could wreak havoc on tubbing.

so far its only severe storms that have kept us out of the spa.

I've been wondering when someone was going to bring up these bugs. I've had no problem as far as tubbing is concerned.  They are "dormant" at night, therefore no problems.
I'm just curious which bug lasts longer in chlorine...ants, spiders or ciccadas???? I'm betting on spiders..they seem to live forever unless you gently push them underwater!! Let me know which bugs survive the longest in your tub.......
