HAVE A HOTSPRINGS LANDMARK TUB.TUB IS SITTING ON PATIO BLOCK  PAD NEXT TO WOOD DECK.NO METAL RAILING,OR METAL OBJECTS NEAR TUB.DO I HAVE TO RUN THE BONDING WIRE?

No. Shh, I was taking a nap!

Be sure that you DO run a good ground, but you don't have any metal to bond, so no bonding it needed.

What do you mean by, "DO I HAVE TO RUN THE BONDING WIRE"?

And please turn off your cap lock, it's considered yelling, rude, and can be difficult to read.
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.
