First Hot Tub, could use some advice
« on: July 01, 2012, 01:24:01 pm »
Hey all, this is our first hot tub purchase and we're looking at a Hotspring Hot Spot Relay, cover, delivery/placement, start-up chems, 220 subpanel and tax for $5830.  We went to a warehouse to find a used one and the salesmen found us a new 2012 floor model with 5 year shell, 2 year parts warranty from another store.  Our first concern is "Is this a fair price?".  We made a downpayment but made sure stated fully refundable on receipt.  I read some reviews on this model and everyone seemed to like their tubs but it was on Hotsprings website so the reviews could have neen biased.

Other than fair price, we are open to any comments, pitfalls, advice we could get on owning, caring for our first tub.

Thanks!

DZ

very very fair price...and just an fyi none of those reviews on the Hot Spring website are "paid for" in any way, shape, or form...they are all unbiased reviews from actual owners
