Welcome to the forum.  My pyschic powers tell me  your from the NE Ohio area?  Coast is very similar in a lot of ways to my Dynasty spa.  In fact is uses the same waterways jets.  My spa is from 2003, probably built sometime in 2002 and in my opinion while it was a good spa, its at the end of its lifespan. The jets are beginning to fall out and not stay in.

Can you describe/explain how "efficiency" for spas has changed in the last 10 years?

You just be quiet!  ;)  I'm trying to sell my wife on the subject of buying a new spa and I don't need your facts getting in the way!  I've been using the efficiency thought in my argument, though it may not be the age as much as the brand.

You are correct. I live in Brunswick.  The Coast had a few faded looking jets and she popped new ones in all around while we stood there.  I'm really leaning towards that one just because it fits me so well.

Okay, gonna add two more players into the mix.  Tomorrow I'm going to look at a used Coleman by Maax 480 for sale locally on Craigslist.  Then, I'm going to hit up another dealer and check out a floor model D1 Nautilus that they're offering for $5995.

Thoughts?
