Clean Zone ll system
« on: April 03, 2012, 09:21:54 am »
I purchased a Maxx 471 with a clean zone ll system because I thought I would be using less chemicals, it doesn't seem to be the case, I have been using Ho2o instead of Bromine, is there a way to tell if my clean zone is working correctly besides just that the light is on as the technition has told us. I had switched to Ho2o because I could not stand the smell of all the bromine I had to put in the tub I had only had the tub 2 months before switching over.

CleanZone if I am correct is a UV bulb based system? if so, I know the bulbs themselves have a relatively short lifespan so I would look into that....also does your Maax have a 24hr. circulation pump? having an ozonator without a 24hr circulation pump is kind of a waste
