Anoroc,I just want to be very clear about something....I hope you get the level of satisfaction and service you deserve....Its easy to rant and rave about what someone else should do....but in the real world the problems you have had to this point probably are not enough to get you a new spa......( BUT I Hope you do).....I was not wanting to negative but just hoped to get you to think about another option for you.....Again I think this has been handled very poorly and you should be compensated in some way for all of your frustration .....
I sure wish the mangement at Hot Springs was reading this post so they could understand that I am not alone in how I feel.

Yeah, I'd love to see their reply. Uh, well ,um er....the decision to sell at costco.com was to provide a low cost quality market share for Watkins manufacturing and increase profits and revenue to discern if specialty retailers are in fact needed, OH CRAP, did I say that out loud?!
