J-345 with FL-1 error
« on: May 24, 2011, 10:18:30 pm »
Hello all,

I finally installed my recently rebuilt PC board after running a loaner for two weeks.  I didn't have any issues with the loaner.

I installed my pc board and the tub worked fine of a day and then it started showing the FL-1 code.  I followed the manual guidelines and I still have the issue.

What's the next step to fix this issue?  Does this mean I need a new circ pump?

Thanks in advance,
Gianni

I finally got the system to purge out.

I do have a couple of questions though.

1.  I noticed that my heater return fitting is not producing any bubbles.  The heater is working because I can feel hot water coming out of the fitting, but it used to bubble before.  I want to make sure this is not a sign of something else.

2. How do you remove the footwell filters?  It seems to me that there's a screw in the middle of the plastic cover.  The manual doesn't specify how to remove it, but it states that it needs to be cleaned every two months.

Thanks in advance,
Gianni
