Hello. Great forum, hoping I can get help from the pro's. The tub is a Artesian Emerald Gold purchased in 2005. Never had a problem with it (other than jet replacement) since new. A week ago one of the 3 pumps would not come on. The pump that will not turn on is one of two that supplies the jets in half the tub. It can be controlled from the main control panel and has an addition on/off switch at the side of the tub. Tonight I opened up the tub and on the main control the pumps plug in, I switched the plug for pump one ( that works fine ) to the outlet for pump two and it would not work. I tried pump two ( the pump that wouldn't work ) in the outlet for pump one and it worked. Any suggestions where to go from here?
