Where can I get a HotSpring Aria at a good price?
« on: March 08, 2011, 09:16:40 am »
Hi need some assistance here.

1) I am interested in the HotSpring Aria, full system with Ace Salt System.  But I dont need the TV and Music though.
Anyone knows where I can get them at a affordable price? How much would it cost? ???
It would be good if the dealer is reputable as well.

2) Do they have a 220-240V, 50Hz set?

Any and all comments are appreciated.

Hi wmccall,

My area does not have any dealers for HotSpring, so I would be arranging for my own collection from the dealer or store. My friend works in a transport company and he says he can collect it from anywhere in the States.

Do you have any nice dealers to recommend?

Call the manufacturer (Ph #on website) and tell them where you live and I imagine they may have options for you since they ahve a very full dealer network.

The main issue you'll run into buying an Aria is a Hot Spring dealer must perform warranty service on the spas they sell.  So, if you're in Oregon and you buy from someone in Florida, the Florida dealer must provide the warranty service.  That keeps the dealer base from selling on the internet and selling out of their area.

However, in a situation where you don't have a close dealer, that is relaxed a bit.  I'll bet you'll have a dealer within a reasonable distance.  If you can't find a dealer on the dealer locator, do as Spatech said and call Watkins to find the closest dealers.

yea the problem lies with I'm in Vietnam now and there's no dealers for HotSpring in this country.

Am I able to get a "export set" from US?

Thats the first time I've seen someone from Vietnam posting. I went to the Hot Spring dealer localtor and there was an international section listing countries and while I didn't see Vietnam they did show China, Hong Kong and Thailand so maybe they'd be able to sell to you.

I'd give the manufacturer a call 1-800-999-4688, I'd expect they'd be able to give you some kind of options.

thank you Spatech.

So does that means I can't buy an "export set" in US and ship it over?

I'm not very concerned about the warranty though as long as its new and the voltage and frequency is based on international standards. 220V 50Hz (export model)

It would be so much easier for me to buy in US and have it ship over, rather then going to other countries.

Anyone can help me to source for a HotSpring Aria or Envoy (Export set)?
