Intelli-Jets

I have a 2002 Cameo.  I need to replace several jets.  I was wondering if there is another type jet that would replace the Intelli-Jet?  These jets do not seem to last.  I replaced them a few years ago and they need to be replaced again.   They stop spinning and you have to keep adjusting them to keep them going.  Needs to be some kind of bearingless jet.

This is the same "bearing" application.  The question is what is causing your jets bearings to become retarded or bound up.  Considering the manufacturing design, they are stainless steel bearings in a nylon track.  What is the make up of your water?  "City Water", "Hard Water", are very different.  Are the plastic covers on the backside breaking down, or is it the operations of the bearings the problem?

Water Chemistry has a lot to do with the longevity of jets like these.

Keep the pH and TA in balance. Very important.

Also - what type of sanitizer are you using? Baqua by any chance?

The problem you're having is caused from an inbalance in your water chemistry. These jets are some of the best jets on the market. Have you tried a sequestering agent, like Metal-X or Metal Out?
If you have hard water or well water, you should be using this religiously. It'll allow less mineral build up on the jets.
You should be able to enjoy your spa without all of the bearings on the floor of the spa.
It seems like you're getting a build up and the race is bound up, then it falls apart.
