I have a problem with my 2006 Hydropool Platinum series spa with Balboa EL series controls. We went to use it yesterday morning and none of the buttons on the touchpad worked. After checking with the owners manual I shut the breaker off and waited a couple of minutes then turned it back on and everything worked but when we tried to use it later in the day we had the same situation. Does this sound like a problem with the topside controls or with the control unit itself?
Correction: I just tried the reset again and not everything works. Only the buttons for the pumps work - the buttons for the lights, temperature etc. still don't work after the reset.
