Just finished the Columbus 1/2 Marathon in 1:53:53. Not bad for a 50 year old man who was obese just 10 months ago. I'm headed out for what will be one of the best soaks ever in the hot tub.

Congrats and way to go on the weight loss! We just brought in a swim spa and filled it up, I may just have to try it out after work a few days a week.

Thanks, I did, today will be a 2 soak day. Back out again tonight at 10pm 104.
