Can anyone help me My Hot Springs Classic model has developed a major leak underneath. I called local dealer and he said not enough room in his shop to repair. He gave me a name of former serviceman that would come and repair on site. I called and left message but no reply. I called the factory to see if they could recomend someone or send me info on how to fix problem myself since it is out of warranty. There answer was if the dealer did not want to do it then I needed to find another company that would.
I have had this spa for 11 years and it and the service up to this point has been excellent, but things seem to have changed in the Hot Springs Company. Any names or suggestions would be appreciated.
