Caldera Niagara Info

My Niagara is almost 3 years old.  I have had minimal issues with it.

I wanted to applaud Caldera customer service.  6 months ago the headrest came off and the wholes that hold the think on were ripped.  So a new headrest was needed.  I bought one at my local shop only to find out that I could not get this thing back on the tub.  I tried...and tried.  So I called Caldera...felt like an idiot...but the guy knew exactly what I was talking about and told me that they now supply longer screw heads for the rest to attach to.  I also explained how the diverter handles had become an awful yellowish gray color.  He sent me all the parts to replace the diverter handles and the extra screws on the house.

Great Tub....great customer service.
