Hell- on a host spring terminal block, how do you remove the wires? It looks like the are pressure clamped through the terminal holes, but can't seem to figure out how to release them. Thanks!

Found the answer - posting here in case someone else is looking for it...
You take a small screw driver and pry up in the small square hole located above the wire. Wire will pop right out.
To insert wire, do the same thing. Pry up and insert wire.
