Yeh, Spatech.

It sounded like i pissed him off with the questions, at 1 point he told me to hold on, and he was yelling at somebody in the background,  i guess he did not like the questions...boy if consumers would call this number before they go when they see the ads . they may think twice........oh yeh thanks for the tip on capitals. i will have to change , i am used to typing in caps........

My service tech called today as the customer, he got the same as i did, asking what state, what city, when he asked what brands he was told over a 100 different  manufacturers, he asked agian because he was interested in d1, hot springs. he said again 100 different brands, and told my tech he was a salesman,, my tech asked if they need serviced who does it, he was told they don't break down. ...wow......
just alitlle more insight to the traveling circus.......
