Thats awesome though I would have left some wrapping on that spa before I moved it. I hope it didn't get scratched from the straps rubbing.

That is a very nice setup/addition you have there. Congrats on the new spa. How long did that project take from start to finish? I really like the choice of window design you went with in the sunroom as well. Haven't seen too many like that! Enjoy!

Very nice setup! I noticed you were started up on the Brilliance chemical system, thats what we sell and seems to work well for all of our customers. Great job and enjoy!

I started the addition Nov.07'....worked almost everyweekend for a year to complete it. We finished in mid December just in time for the Holidays.

Looks very nice! Did you put some kind of liner under the tub after you put it on the deck? I would guess that is what the black area is. Even empty they can be pretty hard to lift or move.

I know my tub tends to have at least some moisture leaking out most of the time especially at the crease of the cover. Do you have a mechanism to drain the floor area if you need to? Not mention the tub itself although a hose out the window would work I suppose.

The Hot Tub is a Geneva by Caldera....it's sunk 18" so that you can just sit on the edge and swing your legs in. It has indoor/outdoor carpeting around it (that floor is removable for maintanance). The tub sits on a linoleum floor that has a drain in it. From the outside the tub is supported by 5 telephone poles with 2x12's on 12" centers with 3/4" T&G plywood subflooring (all pressure treated).

Sweet setup,

Sometimes I wish I had done something similar. I could put a glass enclosed sun room on the back of my house and move the hot tub in there. Thanks, now you've got me thinking about how to spend more money.
