I've heard an unconfirmed rumor Living Waters may be trying to sell the name back.  Very unconfirmed though.

I just keep hearing rumors of their demise.  I don't know if it is true or not.  I didn't go to AC this year, so I'm not sure if they were there and I didn't look for them in Vegas.
