New Jacuzzi J-470 owner........question?

Everything has been working fine so far.......just when I direct the jet control lever towards the front of the tub, with the air controls closed, the jets sound like they gurgle. Does this mean I have air in the lines? Can I bleed the lines? I heard that you can remove the jet control lever (just the arm) and bleed them from there. Any truth to this?

 Strange, check and see if it makes any difference when the knob to the right of the topside is closed??  That controls the IX jet (center jet) on the footdome.  And does it go away when you open the individual air controls?
