J-480 help

I purchased a used 2007 J-480 the price was right but I found the lounge leg jets don’t have any flow if I put my finger in them you can barely feel water movement also I have a few jets stuck in the off position I was wondering how to remove them to get them unstuck and who to talk to for a replacement remote for stereo and pump controls.

lounge leg jets just really put out a slight air massage , the wrist jets are the same way , make sure you have the air control turned up for the lounger , you cant really tell they are  doing much but they do help with the weightless sensation , depending on the jets which are off, they all turn off differntly, Jacuzzi Jim on this forum should be able to help with the remote.

The wrist jets have great power and the air is turned onto the leg jets there’s just no power out of them. As far as the stuck jets I can turn all the foot jets on the foot dome on and off but one and the same thing on the neck jets all of them but one turns.
