2003 Redondo acting strangely. Upon applying power, sometimes you can adjust the temp and sometimes you can't. When you can increase the temp up, it sometimes goes down as well, as you're pressing the temp up button. When you're able to increase the temp, the heater turns on and heats the spa. The pump button sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. The circuit board was replaced once already on it, but I don't know when. My guess is that the circuit board is bad again. Could it be anything else like the control panel itself? The light button works all the time, if that matters at all.
