$95 for a service call. We hardly ever go over an hour - don't charge for a return visit if we didn't have the part on hand - and if the job goes longer we charge less for the subsequent hours.

Depends on the area for the hourly cost. We get $75 an hour, no fuel surcharge if you are within 30 miles. The service techs 60 miles south of us get Around $110-150 an hour and charge door to door.

$90/hr.  After the first hour, time is billed incrementally.  $5 fuel surcharge for anything within 15 miles, increasing from there.  The only reason we have the fuel surcharge is the fact that we service pools and spas upward of 200 miles from our store.

$100- $125- $150.  The further away, the more you pay.  We are in the heart of Los Angeles so we may charge more than others due to the wonderful traffic conditions here in L.A.  The going rate around us is from $100 on the low end to $195 on the high end.

Thanks for all your input,  With tub sales down are you more dependant on service work to supplement income. The reason for the questions is tub sales are down in my area I'm trying to decide to keep reatil store open or close retail side and just do service
