tiger river pillows....argh!!!!
« on: September 22, 2008, 11:09:44 am »
Coming from owning a jacuzzi, the tr pillows are making me mental!!  They come off very easily and are incredibly difficult to put back on.

So, 2 questions:

1.  are there any plans to upgrade the TR pillows?

2.  what is the easiest way to put them back on?

thanks

Mark

1.  Not that I know of.  I haven't had any issue with my '98 Bengal.  I actually had more of a problem with the old style of Hot Spring pillow.

2.  Usually when we go out to install new ones it's pretty easy.  Sometimes it takes a little bit of heat to make them stretch into place initially, so a hair-dryer helps.  But that doesn't sound like your issue.  Check the holes on the back of the pillow and make sure they haven't ripped any further.

Nope, they definitely haven't ripped any further.

I know that HS has redesigned their pillows making them much easier than their old one's so I thought they might throw that design to TR.

However, now thinking about it, they're probably spending alot of R&D dollars on Limelight.
