The big fuses are to the motors.  32 on display usually denotes a bad temp sensor.  I would call out a professional spa repair tech to diagnose and repair your problem.  I have sold parts to many, many DIY'ers- only for them to realize they just spent a bunch of money on un-needed parts while trying to avoid an $80 service call.  Good luck

well the service guy came out yesterday and it looks like the replaces the main board. New board is either a differant style or an updated version.. everything seams to be working now.
