Are there any techs or owners out there who can tell me how to replace the jets in a D1 Neck-flex pillow? I bought some spinning jets through my dealer, but their tech doesn't know how to get the originals out.
For the main tub jets, all you have to do to get them out is turn them counter-clockwise until they won't turn anymore and pull them out of the receiver. For the neck pillows, they keep turning and I can hear a 'click' after about 180 degrees, but there's indication that they can be removed.
The part that goes into the receiver doesn't look like all the other jets in the system.
