Seems the prices in Michigan are somewhat higher than in Southwestern Ontario, actually around 15-20% higher...

Is that their list price? Do they come off that number? What all does that number include? Lifestyles is one of the most reputable of the Hot Spring dealers. Been around a long time and take good care of their customers.

OK, something smells rotten in Denmark! (Please, no offense to the Danish, anyone who knows someone from Denmark, anyone who can find Denmark on a map or anyone who enjoys Danish with their coffee)

I can't tell if this thread is a thinly veiled attempt by a spa sales person trying to fish for HSS prices or if the sales pros at Lifestyles suspected that Chubby Johnson (charming, very charming, Mom must be proud) is a sales person shopping them and went high with the prices. Did you call them on the phone? Did you dial *67 1st? Maybe your spa store phone # came up on Lifestyles caller ID.

I can�t imagine anyone selling a Jetsetter for 8K

I try not to get paranoid about being shopped as I know it happens, but if I have proof positive that the person posing as a shopper is really a spa salesman in disguise, I'll either quote ridiculously HIGH prices and hold to them, or quote ridiculously LOW prices and see if I can shock them.

"Yes sir, this fully equipped Geneva Utopia sells for $2495.00 but this week-end we have it on sale for $1950.00"

Regardless, something is fishy with this thread.

Not sure what you are smelling. I walked into the Lifestyles store on my lunch hour in my work uniform and asked for prices. No, I am not a salesperson at all.

Prices in West and Northern Michigan are much less than what you were quoted.

I was quoted $10400 for HS Grandee, 2007 Grandee Floor Model for $9400
