I have noticed that hot tubing is like working out. I am sitting here kind of wanting to go out for a soak but the thought of getting the bathing suit on taking the cover off etc. is not making me want to do it. But I know when I get in the tub I will be so happy.

When you are planning on working out you know you do not really want to do it. dreading going to the gym. but.. when you get there the work out is worth it.

you may not be to far off from working out. I have read where many of the same benefits from soaking are much the same as working out.
