Yeah Wings!!!  2008 Stanley Cup Champs

The Pens put up a great fight after the first 2 games and are much better defensively then I thought.  Zetterberg may be then next Yzerman and Kronwall looks a lot like a return of Konstantinov.  The core of the team is young with a good mix of veterans, I hope they can remain good for a long time.

Congrats to the Pens they played well and like I said before, they will win a Cup, just not this year

Thanks Canada, apparently no one in the WIngs management commented on our team.  You are a good sportsman!!

WWT,

I heard both Mike Babcock and Ken Holland both talk about how well the Pens played in the interviews after the game.  Datsuyk commented (in very broken English) about how good the Pens are also.

Congrats again you guys had a great year!

Yup
I watched Hockey Night in Canada and the wings had good things to say about the Pens.

I drove to Detroit yesterday at 3:30 a.m. to get a front row spot for the parade.  It was awesome!!!  I'll post some pics later after I catch up on my sleep.

And as for the Penguins, I'll say one thing:  Fleury did better than any other goalie I know of considering what the Wings were throwing at him.

Thanks, guys, like I said, I was at work and missed much of it, but hubby didn't see much.  Maybe the Pittsburgh stations didn't show that.  I know we had a record sell-out year with 67 games sold out to capacity and standing room only!!!

Hey, we were beat by a great team.
