Any one who has purchased or sold Color Q water testers by Lamotte....you need to check which version programming system is in it. When you turn it on it should say 1.5. If it does not, call Lamotte. They will, at no charge, upgrade the system, they also threw in new reagents, tubesand cleaned the lazer eye.
The old program does not read CH correctly, and other people have had other issues with them. I got mine back and everything is in line with Taylor test now.
