A question I'd like to ask Thermospa
« on: April 08, 2008, 12:29:59 pm »
I was eating lunch today and saw the commercial with Reason #11 to own a thermospa.  I think I have also seen #12. What were the first 10? Is this written down anywhere?

For those of you over 30, I used to work for Henry Bloch, and I never asked him for his list (H&R Block)

Hmm, the ad says reason to buy a THERMOSPA hot tub, most of these look like reasons to by A hot tub, and a couple are certainly questionable.

I like #4...would that be recognition by your neighbors when you are "nekkid" in the tub?  ::)

The web site says they have a nationwide network of service technicians.
The web site also does not have a copy of the warranty.

That is simply the first page of their warranty.

The first page of a warranty means diddly squat.

The second page of ANY warranty is the interesting part.

"Everything You Need to Know About a Company is on Page 2 of the Warranty"

That's a good name for a book, or at least a pamphlet.

That doesn't even look like the 1st page of their warranty.  It looks to me like marketing fluff.

Dan is right - again. Sheesh. ::) ::)

Many makers - T Spa included - put up great pages telling you about their warranty. But few put the actual warranty up.

I have told my customers for 22 years now, "Read the warranty."
