I noticed my ozonator wasn't putting out like it did when I got my tub (7 months ago). I called the dealer where I got the tub about 4:30 in the afternoon on Monday. They said it was probably a clogged valve or something. Before noon the next day they were leaving after replacing the part. I'm sure most people are saying to themselves "no big deal, that's the way it should work". I agree. The reason for the post is that this shows how important it is to shop the dealer and the service you can get not just the price and the tub.
