Jacuzzi Jets.

Jacuzzi Jim,  (or anyone else that is a Jacuzzi expert)

In the J480 lounge there are a set of six jets in the backrest.  We were told those are the PowerPro FX2 Jets.  I'm curious because it was explained to us that you have to go into the 400 series to get those jets.  However, as I look at the specs for the J375 the book says there are two PowerPro FX2 Jets in this tub.  Are these the same jets?  And if so where are they located on the J375.

Thanks,
Fred

The jets you are referring to in the J-480 are the RX jets.  The RX jets are only on the 400 series.  The jets in the J-375 are close in design but not exactly the same.  The are called the FX2 jets and they are standard on all the 2008 300 series.  For the record the FX2 jets feel just about the same as the RX and you can retrofit them to some of the older 300 and 400 series.

Micha,

Thanks for the info.  In the brochures we have there is no mention of RX jets.  I'm glad to hear there are jets similar to them in the 375.  We wet tested a 480 and fell in love with the lounge and the jets.  We may be crazy but we are driving close to 200 miles on Saturday to wet test a 375.  The 480 is awesome but more than we wanted to spend.  Hopefully the 375 will do the trick.  Spiderman is also seeking out a wet Grandee for us to try.  Hopefully by the end of the day saturday we'll be making our final decision.

Thanks,
Fred
